I get an average usually around 24 sec and I would like lower this to below 20. What should I work on?
I used cubetimer and got these averages of 12 each:
Cross: 2.60
F2L: 10.82
1-look OLL: 3.35
1-look PLL: 4.25
add em together and the total is 21.02 which is below what my avg is so I think look ahead is missing somewhere in these numbers. Which of these things should I work on most to help me get faster?

On cross and F2L, I looked before I started the timer.
On OLL and PLL, I looked after I started the timer.

Hey, thanks for all the input. I haven't worked much on PLL yet, I tried the metronome trick for speeding up look ahead and after practicing up to 125 BPM (really easy like a 30 sec solve) I lowered my avg to 22 sec in an hour, so I'm going to keep with this trick for a while.
