Ehm... Well, doesn't work the lights of the stackmat? On the last solve I noticed that, but after she had finished her cube the display light (on the screen) turned on.

cool :)

I'm trying to teach my mother, but mothers (and other people older than me) don't seem to get it really well :D maybe I should teach her the "opposite cross"...putting the white edges on the yellow centers and after putting them into place one by one...

btw, is the first one a cube4you type A? sounds "springy", as the ones I have (which I don't like :( too stiff, if you make it loose, it's still bad and pops a lot)

My school have around 30+ ppl able to solve cube, but only 2 of them are girls..and they don really practice much. Many girls are amazed watching us solve, but when it comes to learning, they lost interest very fast... but my cousins are interested in learning it now, wonder when will they be able to solve it.

Girls tend to be more interested in other stuff that guys aren't interested in.

I knew a couple girls who could solve it one sub minute.
Personally I think girls should stick to three things.
Cooking, cleaning, and sex.
