a quick clock question

I've seen a lot of clock solvers have qiyi clocks with the faces switched (the black dials on the black side and vice versa).
would anyone be able to tell me how to do it or give me a link to a tutorial.

There are 2 magnets behind each of these little plastic rings on the inside of each face.



You have to reverse every one of those magnets.
Otherwise instead of attracting each dial, they repel them, and none of the dials will line up with 12 o'clock.

I have heard that it makes the clock a slight bit lighter. However, Anders modding the clock can be risky for beginners, as you can lose magnets.
