A few questions about Skewb L5C and fingertricks

So I'm currently trying to learn the advanced variant of Sarah's method, and I have a few questions about the order in which to learn things, as well as some of the algorithms themselves. So first of all, is it best learn all the hedge and sledge algorithms first, or should I learn the specific L5C algorithms right away? And my second question is, if I should learn the L5C algorithms, should I learn the 10 move algorithms on Meep's cubing site or the 12 move algorithms I can find on YouTube? And if I should choose the 10 move algorithms, is there any video showing the fingertricks?

I believe NS (no sledge) is better at this point.

here is the best set of skewb resources I am aware of: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/u/0/d/1j-SGlgZk20D3d2TyeiXhMWzeyTBuuix3Owgj9Q8rNbo/htmlview
