I don't know how can one be so fast at big cubes... I feel like I'll never drop my 8ish minutes times on the 7x7. I mean, it's so distant from sub 3...

as with any cube, just practice, I found the drop from 10 minutes to 5 minutes can happen not by turning super fast, but by improving move efficiency. On a cube as large as 7x7 you're going to have a LOT of moves per solve. Think of it as you can save ~100 moves on a good 7x7 solve compared to the equivalent ~10 move save on 3x3.

I think my problem is in identifying the edge pairs. I'll try to analyse the pairs more, and be more move-efficiently. But for the centers... I don't think I'll ever reach that speed, it's insane.

Randomly, if i want to solve a cube i do it, but the most of time i practise big cubes (not too many solves a day, like 10-15 or less for 7x7 and maybe 5 for 6x6)
