He said in the comments that the reason was he accidentally hit "Enter times manually". BUT during the cut the scramble at the top of the screen also changed. That would not be caused by pressing "Enter times manually".

Home times mean pretty much nothing as long as he doesn't show that he can do good at comp, so who cares, is it really so important to write so many posts about it? Let him cheat, it won't improve his official times, it will only worsen the way we look at him.. at his own request.

His official average is by far the luckiest I've ever seen in terms of parity and skips. I mean it does count obviously, but I can't see him beating this for a while.

He has cuts like this in lots of his average videos, and I've always found it suspicious. I film lots of solves, and I have never accidentally pressed "enter times manually" right before the end of a good average. I think its pretty clear that he messes up on solves a lot, and just cuts them out until he gets a good solve and then stitches the video together.

Well, can't say I'm surprised. I was always suspicious of his 2x2 and 3x3 claims.

But really, I don't care that he's been cheating. He got caught and he gained nothing but disrespect. That being said, I still think Jacob is a great guy. Just made a big mistake.
