1x1 wrh!'s 3d Printed Cubing Projects (Not A Store)

so it's been a few days since the nebraskans have had their new corn cube...but i can't let them have all the fun. Another cube is already printed i just need to buy another yj yupo and print another husk stand. and then corn cubing between me and the Nebraskans is ON!!
My UWR of 9.xx stands strong... for now.

Finished modeling kind of a joke puzzle i wanted to do in my free time... a 1x1 clock XD with two sides and a working pin, and it has magnetic clicks. will end up being more of a fidget toy than a hard puzzle to solve but will definitely be a fun concept. will share photos of the print tomorrow. here are photos of the model.

When is it going to be mass produced? I need one!!
thanks haha, thats a very nice compliment. most i can do is hand out the files for free on my thingiverse.com page. the only other hardware you need are 5 m2.5 by 8 screws and 12 4x2 magnets. or if you'll be in seattle for World's, we could always negotiate a trade. still, i must ensure that this is a worthy puzzle. more testing and versions to come. 🙂

Sadly, I still don't have a 3d printer nor I go to Worlds : (
But I have 1 question, can it be turned?

aw im sorry, maybe one day ill start a side gig for you guys who like what i make. yes, it turns, i'll prob make a yt short when its finished, but there are two sides, like on a real clock, and a single rotating dial will spin either side depending on which side the pin is pressed. just like on a real clock, if the pin is up, that side will move (at least thats how i remember it lol). there are also magnetic clicks every quarter turn.

Ok, but I got 1 more question, can you do simultaneous moves 🤨

so i finished the clock, it works very well. I will work on a short to show you guys. only issue right now is that one of the internal pieces for the pin is a bit too narrow, so its not doing what its supposed to do all the time. easy fix tho! I think this thing will be very fun. the magnets are the perfect strength, the pin does what its supposed to (when it works), and the build is very sleek and sturdy. of course its just a little fidget toy, but its cool anyway haha.
