It's not used that much, which is why it doesn't immediately register as "state record". I see it like ER, NR etc.

Yeah, I couldn't find a way to say that it was a State Record without putting "SR" or making the title really long.
Fun fact: the Georgian Clock NR single is 11.15. :3
