One thing I notice is that you pause a lot. try and turn slower and look ahead into your next part. You're PLL execution could use some work. They're either slow or you mess them up often. You also seem to be ambidextrous with your algs, but you shouldn't be. It's only good for F2L. Choose one way or the other. You'll find you'll like it more.

For your eoline, your solutions are pretty decent, however you should keep track of the DF DB edges and track first pair so you don't need to pause to look for them. Your F2L is pretty efficient, but riddled with lengthy pauses. Find a good balance and improve between pair solving time and recognition time (9 moves to solve a pair in 2 seconds is better than 6 moves in 4 seconds). Slow turning definitely helps. Also drill your recog and execution of COLL.
