You pause a lot. A lot a lot. See what the fastest avg5 you can get is with constant turning, at least before the last layer. Just try turning a much slower speed, and if you still pause then slow it down more the next solve. If you are able to turn constantly at whatever speed you chose, then go a bit faster the next solve. Find that sweet spot where you can turn non-stop. That's your ideal practice speed.
