Hello, I'm 23, I'm from france, I'm a math / computer science student and I started cubing 7 years ago. I first solved the cube with a method I found on my own (which I described here if you're interested, it was pretty inefficient haha). I then got into speedcubing with CFOP color neutral, but...
I see, thanks for the tip, I didn't know about that option (I hid it with a window on top of it)
Too bad you can't hide the timer in comp, but maybe training without looking at the timer will help get rid of my habit to constantly glance at it.
I tried hiding the timer while I was solving, and it was immediately noticeable in my times, I just improved my AO5 and AO12 PB from more than half a second (16 and 17.53 seconds)
I use csTimer.net , which is great but the timer display is very big and visible, and it always really distracted...
Hello, I'm using M2 for edges with FD buffer, and I'm wondering if there's a faster way to execute the cases where the edges are on L or R faces. For example for H (LF edge) I do B L2 B' M2 B L2 B and have to do at least 2 regrips, and the M2 is awkward.
I know about this video which introduce...
I really don't like executing H perms (the M2 alg), but I find executing it with Ishaan M2's to be quite fun (replace M2's by r M' R' , while doing M' R' simultaneously using the left ring finger to do M')
So since I'm really slow at regular M2 H perms anyway, I've even started doing that in my...
I just had a lucky F2L, where each next pair magically got paired up after each step, without having done any look ahead at all, was quite fun :)
I got a 13.68, one of my best times (PB is 12.37, and I average at around 20 )
Scramble: L2 D2 B' L2 F' D2 B' F' R2 U2 L' U B' U2 F' R B2 R2 D' U'...
