BotW is another fantastic game; I did everything for 100% (plus some extra, like all armors maxed), but never got the koroks so I didn’t 100% it either. Maybe one day.

1 look last slot + last layer seems like a bit of a stretch, and I can’t imagine it’s actually worth learning since 1-look last slot into 2-look PLL with good recognition / lookahead is probably just better
CFOP is more developed and far more popular and therefore “better”. Theoretically Roux is likely slightly better, primarily because of the lower movecount. Realistically they’re the same and you certainly won’t be hindered by either. Use whatever method you’d like.
