Check out Nano Timer. It has substeps for CFOP but you can use it for Roux as well. I use it as my main timer

I learnt full OLL exactly at your speed. Took me 2 weeks. After the 2 weeks of learning OLL I was sub 20. Just go for it! I would say it totally worth it if I didn't switch to Roux shortly afterwards, resulting in forgetting most of the algs :P

Where can I see these two ways?

I do E2 M' E2 M without a regrip. My technique is: E2 like right handed U2 blocking U layer with left index M' like R' r E2 same as before M like R r' Flows pretty nice without pause after MUs, though I tend to lock up sometimes Note: I use Kirjava's fingertricks for LSE, so left ring...

I would suggest keybr.com at first to learn proper finger positioning(be aware that every key has its coresponding finger so as not to start with wrong technique). After you complete all letters on keybr I suggest 10fastfingers.com. Both websites are very nice
