Hi, everyone, hope you are all having a good holiday. I was wondering what the differences between Cubicle Labs, Cubicle Pro Shop, and Angstrom are. Is it just how the cubes are lubed? And if so, does one "brand" feel faster or more fluid than another? Thanks!
I haven't bought a cube in quite a while, and now it seems like a lot of the new cubes use magnets. What are they for and how does it change the feel of the turning?
Thanks for the reply! Do you have any suggestions on where to start? For example, which is better -- the GTS3 M and the GTS3 LM? Or does that come down to personal preference? Also, at least for the Moyu, what functions do the magnets and the spring compression serve?
Hey everyone! I used to be really into cubing but had to take a break because of problems with carpal tunnel. I was pretty active until around 2016-2017, and the last "new" cube I bought was the Guoguan Yuexiao. I went back to TheCubicle and it looks like there's a ton of new cubes out with...
So basically DNM is Maru that lasts longer? Also, does Silk or One make the cube faster? And does One last longer? Sorry for all the questions; just wanted to know what I'm gonna be getting before I buy. Thanks!
What's the difference between DNM-37, Lubicle Silk, and Lubicle One? Also, how long does Lubicle Silk last? Should I clean it out and relube the pieces once a month? It's like Unicorn blood and if I'll need more, I'll buy the 10cc bottle.
Also, I heard that DNM is like Maru that lasts a bit...
Hey, I've taken a break from cubing for a couple months due to school obligations, and I'm looking to start back up. What did I miss? I left at around the time the YueXiao and the Weilong GTS came out. Which cubes should I get? I want to buy something at the Cubicle's Black Friday sale. Thanks!
Hey everyone, I'm trying to get a setup where I can record my solves along with the Stackmat timer. This is just to send to friends or post on Facebook/Instagram. All I have is an iPad (with a case stand) and iPhone though.
Moyu Tanglong
Is the TangLong more similar to the Meiying or the AoLong? I've got the Meiying as my main and I'm wondering if the TangLong is worth it.
So is it a thing that even puzzles (besides 2x2) are difficult to make good? And so overall, would the AoFu or the HuaChuang have better turning than the AoShi?
How does the AoShi 6x6 compare with the Cubic AoFu 7x7? I heard good things about the AoFu but the AoShi seems to be the weakest of the Moyu 5x5, 6x6, and 7x7.
I didn't use a whole lot of lube though :P. However, I put a lot of Maru lube in with it and waited overnight and it got a whole lot faster though. Not sure how long this will last.
I've got an AoLong V2 and I lubed it with Weight 1 Cubicle Lube and it was really fast. However, now when I use the lube in the pieces it only seems to gum it up and make the cube slower. Any suggestions? Also, what combination of Maru Lube and silicone lube should I use on the pieces to make it...
