Did this in school. By approximations from classmates, it was about 2 minutes memo and 50 seconds execution in front of the class. Memo wasn't filmed.

In the WCA regulations, you aren't allowed to use any electronics while competing. What's the reasoning behind this rule? Being able to listen to music on headphones would be very helpful while competing so you can focus better, which is how I focus well.
