Something that I've done a lot that I think has helped me quite a bit is simply doing slow, non-timed solves. I just play around and look for the most efficient way of doing things and in the process learn a lot...
I went through the results and deleted those that were obviously fake ("Alpha V" and "Shuang Ren" were each repeated a couple hundred times in a row). Here are the (rather interesting) results.
