Hey, I'm writing to inform you all that after weeks of planning with local Cambridge, UK based organisation Centre33, I have started a fundraising event called CubeTrust.
In few weeks (date and place to be announced) I will attempt to solve cubes (2x2, 3x3, 4x4, 5x5, Pyraminx and Square-1)...
I was catching a train yesterday and I started to think of how speedcubing can develop over the next years, so I sat there and thought of this...
Speedcubing somehow gets media recognition. Somebody up there realised that speedcubing can be just as, if not more, entertaining to watch as golf...
As I'm new to blindfold, I always look at the cube, write the numbers on the paper and then memorize from the paper, and then solve it.
I was wondering, during competition, are you allowed to have a piece of paper and write stuff on it?
Of course, the paper gets taken away while actually...
My friend and I decided to go for a bike trip with our cubes and do a bit of good ol' solving.
Also, so we can test the new HD camera (:
So the outcome of our day out is below.
Ignore the language (unless you're Polish ;) )
I was just wondering, any tips for me and my friend?
I was just wondering, as i can hardly see anyone cubing round here, is there anyone speedcubing in Cambridgeshire?
If yes, maybe we'd organize a meet up in Cambridge?
I live in Ely, it is 10minutes train trip from here.
Well, i was surfing on the net and i found this website which is giving me the estimated price of ANY website on the net ;)
So our forum, our community is worth... $23.357
Which i think is pretty good ;)
Also, our forum is worth more than WCA website! :O
Hey, my friend gave me his 4x4x4 cube today, unfortunately disassembled.
I have no idea how to assemble it, as it doesn't have a mechanism as on the Rubik's 4x4 Cube.
I can't even find the name of the company which produced the cube.
So i took some pictures, and hopefully someone will be able to...
My name is Adam and I'm 16. But anyway...
I live in England, and I've noticed that there isn't a lot of competitions around here.
I live around Cambridge, and the only competitions are in Bristol or Manchester at the moment, to be honest. Therefore I have to travel a long distance.
