Hello everyone! I'm a computer science student taking a software engineering class, and my group has decided on making a speed solving timer, for android. One of our features needs to be a random scramble generator for at least 3x3x3 (This timer is not going to be released). Are there any...
for my senior year English class, I have to write a feature article. Of course, my teacher asked me to do mine on cubing, so she can learn more about my hobby without having to bug me about it.
So, what's your favourite (or least favourite) part about the community RIGHT...
I'm making this thread to discuss whether a hand scramble is just as reliable as a computer generated scramble.
I've done test's where I've done an average of 50 with computer scrambles and then an average of 50 with hand scrambles, and the average times of the computer...

Is there some sort of problem?
My friend recently showed me that during your first two blocks, you could do the opposite block and just do an R2 when you finish.
I was fooling around with it and found that I could do this just as fast as a normal solve, about 80% of the time. I just have trouble...
So recently a couple of the centre peices on my Mini QJ 4x4 broke so now I am selling the parts for it. I noticed that lot's of peoples cores have broke and mine is still together. So if you want anything then just make a post or PM me.
Hi everyone, I am new to speedsolving but not new to cubing. I have been cubing for three and a half years. I average 6.05 AO5 on 2x2, 17.83 AO5 on 3x3, 1:33.87 AO5 on 4x4, and my 5x5 average is embarresing. I hope that I can make great contributions to the forum and not be to obnoxios.
