this was a hax solve, midges were slow as hell cos of center control...which preserved lots of centers leaving me with 2 look centers :)
non-lucky solve, of course.

I was trying to run acube to find the algs in <R, L, U2, B2, D2, F2> for corners set up and edge cubies blanked out.
the problem I'm facing is that acube gets stuck at depth 5 for a long time...any idea why this happens?
is it possible for anyone to help me to generate algs?

extremely good for me, especially on vid. I used some ortega here and there, I forgot which solves..probably those which I can't find a good first layer, or the first layer has a Y perm.

As of now, I know all 12 base algs to solve the last 2 centers, be it opposite or adjacent. My current strategy goes like this:
1. first center in 1-3 algs (3 algs is rare)
2. 2nd center in 1-2 algs
3. last 2 centers in 1 look. (can be opposite or adjacent)
However, this is horridly...
my timer spoilt so I used my omnia to time...obviously holding the cube gives me a slight advantage but stopping the timer is harder...(and the omnia touchscreen sucks) so it cancels out..

centre control gave me relatively easy centres to...
basically i use a CF cage method for 4x4. my corners take about 8-10 on average, I was thinking whether it is possible to improve it further.
I currently use ortega because least inspection time is needed...but would FL+CLL or guimond pay off more?

3. finish midges in 1 look, ie permute + orient at the same time instead of orienting before permuting....
