Fast is subjective. I'm sure Ruihang thinks of himself as fast as well as Jode. Jode is not as fast as Kyle or Matty or Max but if he finds himself fast then he is fast. If, for instance, Jayden thinks that he is slow but others think he is fast than he is both slow and fast. Having World Records isn't what makes you fast. That's an unfortunate philosophy.

I meant around 16 I’m more sub 18-19 but if I practiced for a week then I’d be around there


Basically 50% solves are 16-17, 20% are sub 16, the rest are either 13-14 or 19-21

More people who are currently cubing have a PB over 20 seconds for the simple reason that there are so much more cubers. And there isn't anything wrong with being a "noob", what are you getting at?

So many* more cubers, since cubers can be counted. You can't count the amount of water in something, hence the word 'amount'. (Can't say 1 water but can say 1 oz of water) You can count buckets of water, since you can have 1 bucket, hence the word 'number'.
And I never said there was a problem with being a noob? It was a joke that anyone on Cyoubx's Friends would understand.
