it's like comparing apples to oranges. there is no good answer.

but imo you should learn CN first because it's beneficial in the long run, and it's important to learn it early; whereas with lookahead you can improve anytime

There are plenty of fast people who aren't color neutral, but there aren't any fast cubers who can't look ahead. That being said, I have two points of clarification:
1) Learning lookahead isn't the same sort of thing as learning a new method or alg; it's more of a long-term process that you'll always be working on. (And it's probably something you're doing already to an extent. If you ever notice a pre-made pair while working on a different pair, that's looking ahead! The idea of "advanced" lookahead is just being able to do that more consistently and frequently. )
2) Color neutrality is much harder to learn the more you put it off (take it from me, a green-only solver for 8 years), so if you ever plan to switch, now is the best time.

The two aren't mutually exclusive though. My personal recommendation would be to become color neutral now (if you feel like it's worth the effort), and always work on lookahead regardless.

I am not colour neutral yet, but pretty much every pro cuber I ask for advice tells me to become colour neutral as early as possible. I think it is because you will always have a good cross and first pair, but the biggest disadvantage is that you need to plan more in inspection which takes a lot of practice. Look ahead is also very important, so I would recommend learning both right now! Just don't want until you become advanced. Only if you know look ahead, you will be able to plan first pair in future. Critical Cubing has a pretty good video on colour neutrality and J Perm has one on look ahead. All the best and make sure to give me updates! Hope my reply helped you! :D
