Everyone says the mini is a lot better than the regular.
Extremely citation needed.

I've seen this mentioned so many times by so many people who don't have both the 60 mm and 62 mm versions; I almost feel like getting both just to test it for myself.

So here is a list of all my mains for every event.

I realize that some of these cubes aren't the greatest, which is why I wanted to make a post asking the community which they would recommend. I will put them all here just in case there is a better option than what I currently use.

Price is not an issue. I usually save for cubes anyway. Though... < 60-65$ is a lot. So I might not want to buy something at that price point.

2x2: Cubicle YJ MGC
I quite like this cube

3x3, OH, Feet, BLD: MoYu Weilong GTS3M
Very good, but a bit fast. Slowed down with Compound X, it is amazing.

4x4: Cubicle QiYi Mini WuQue M
Perfect in my opinion

5x5: none atm but I am ordering a YLM 5x5 M
no current opinion

6x6: Cosmic QiYi WuHua v2 M
Pretty good, but a bit slow.

7x7: QiYi WuJi
Hard to control, and the layers are rather uneven. Smooth turning.

Clock: LingAo
Turns well. Pins are bad though. Planning on magnetizing them.

Megaminx: XMD Galaxy v2 LM
Honestly amazing. Couldn't ask for better.

Skewb: XMD Wingy
Very good and tactile. Controllable. Skewb is my main event so

Pyraminx: XMD Bell (highest magnet setting)
Couldn't ask for better.

Square-1: XMD Volt
Leaves a lot to be desired. I am interested in the one YuXin is planning to release. Should release next week or so, I believe.

anyone here have used the cyclone boys magnetic skewb? it's much better than the moyu, and it's my main.

where magnets are less stronger?
I want to buy a cube for regular solves and also for blind. I saw that GTS3 LM is pretty good (Jack Cai and Jake Klassen have very good results on it). But i have maybe stuiped question, is magnets in GTS3 LM less strong than in GTS2 M? I just tried do edge comms on GTS2 M and it seemed to me a little hard. I cant try GTS3 LM in real life cuz my little town have no speedcuding shops, so i decided to ask about it here

The L in LM stands for light, so M is stronger than LM.
i dont mean GTS3 M, i mean GTS2 M. Just i know that magnets in GTS3 M are stronger than in GTS2 M, and GTS3 LM magnets lower than GTS3 M. But doesnt it mean that magnets in GTS3 LM like ones in GTS2 M? I hope u understand me cuz english isnt my first language so maybe my explanations are stuiped

Hey, I've been using a guanlong for 3 years and I'm am in need of an upgrade. I've heard that the mf3rs2 is a good cube but there's a new mf3rs3. Some reviews say that the mf3rs3 isn't a good upgrade from the mf3rs2 so I'm having trouble choosing what cube i should get. Should I get an mf3rs2/mf3rs3?

Both the MF3RS2 and MF3RS3 are very good puzzles. Without magnets, the 2 is more flexible than the 3. The 3 is very stable without magnets (or so I'm told). The factory magnetic version of the MF3RS3 is very flexible. It's an excellent puzzle and one of the few "budget" cubes I've ever owned that didn't feel cheap.

I think you'll be happy with either one.

you may also consider getting the yuxin little magic m. It's too fast and too flexible without magnets. But with magnets, it is a very great cube, balancing the stability and the speed of the cube, and it's my current main. The corner cutting is even better than flagship cubes, with normal cutting 55° and line to line reverse (30°). It's faster, more flexible and less stable than the mf3rs2.

most stable:
1.mf3rs3
2.mf3rs2
3.little magic m
fastest:
1.little magic m
2.mf3rs2
3.mf3rs3
lightest:
1.little magic m
2.mf3rs2
3.mf3rs3
extra reminders:
-mf3rs3 has slots for magnets inside the pieces, but it only fits 4*1.5 magnets. 4*2 magnets won't fit in the slots.
-the yuxin little magic m has frosted surface on the stickerless version, where the stickers are crap on the black version. If you are going to get the yuxin little magic m, you are recommended to get the stickerless version, unless you are going to replace the stickers on the black version.

What magnets did you use for the little magic m?
