I have an Aolong and a Zhanchi, looking for another 3x3 to get that isn't Moyu or Dayan (just trying to find something different). Give me yo suggestions.
Also looking to buy a Square-1, which ones are best?
No problem! Here's an example solve. Scramble in your own orientation.
Scramble: R L U R L U L' U l b'
Rotate L CCW and R CW: R L’ R’ L’ R L R L R L’ R
Memo: DR-LR FD-DL FL-LD (TB LZ JF)
DR - LR
While the most efficient way to solving Pyraminx blindfolded would be just to 1-look the solve, I'm not good enough at Pyraminx to do that, so I devised this Pyraminx BLD method.
When you get the puzzle, put it into your orientation by finding the 3 tips that contain your F face color; orient...
Those are some good points to go off, thank you! I kinda just figured out partial edge control (meaning sledgehammer edge control only), looks like I might learn VHLS and then start learning either some COLL or some ZBLL. For COLL, would it then be VHLS -> COLL -> EPLL? And ZBLL would just be...
I'm using this site for PLL, and I'm a bit confused. I would like to do 2-look PLL, in which I permute edges first, and then corners. The corner permutations on this site are, I'm guessing, perfect for 2-look PLL because they maintain edges...
oh i see, i thought you meant like sune from the right as one option, sune from the left as another option (not the two combined). Would you happen to know any that rotated two diagonal corners on the U face? That way I could setup to UFR and not just UFL and UBR.
That edge stuff is very handy. I don't see what you mean by sune, doesn't that rotate more than just 2 corners? And by not center preserving, do you mean they rotate centers or do you mean they switch pieces between centers?
I'm looking for a system to flip corners and edges. I would like to set-up to a specific spot, do an algorithm that flips the piece and the buffer, and then undo the set-up. If multiple spots are required for good set-ups that's okay, too. I'd just like to develop a single alg for every piece...
