1. ### The Square-1 "Example Solve" Game

CSP: (this was actually quite easy to trace during the actual scramble) (0,-1)/ (0,1) / (-2,0) / (1,2) / (-3,-3) CO: (4,0) / (3,0) / (0,3) / EO (3,3) / (3,0) / (-1,-1) / (-3,0) / EP: (-5,1) / (0,-3) / (0,3) / (0,-3) / (0,3) / (EP could cancel into this) CP: / (3,0) / (-1,-1) / (-2,1) /...

4. ### is my clock comp legal?

My guess is that it is fine, but as always, a picture would help a ton.

In all honesty I just don't use them. Using a random state scrambler is easier. It sucks if you don't have one on you, but square -1 is a puzzle that allows for dumb scrambles. EDIT: I guess if you really want to hand scramble, I'd suggest scrambling it while in cube shape, and then leave...

He posted it earlier in this thread. Here is the link http://www.its.caltech.edu/~skuroyam/obl_data_numstates_1110.pdf
7. ### Square-1 Race

8. ### Square-1 Race

Hopefully this is more organized. I'll use the goal you posted since it's not a bad goal to have, and for consistency. Race to sub-13 ROUND 71 1. 10.09 2. 11.25 3. 11.97 4. 13.61 5. 11.34 6. 12.09 7. (15.43) 8. 11.19 9. 12.72 10. 11.15 11. 10.94 12. (9.28) Average of 12: 11.63
9. ### Square-1 Race

I think it's fine. Square-1 is not too long of an event for 24 scrambles to be that time consuming. However, an average of 12 might be cleaner overall.
10. ### The Square-1 "Example Solve" Game

What approach is this? I have not seen it before. Is there a thread on it?
