Really sorry to bump, but I didn't want to make a new thread which is pretty much the same... but does Lubix+Jigaloo work well? I have some slow spots in my Lubix lubed GuHong, and I don't have Lubix to touch it up. I have Jigaloo to touch it up though. So...does Lubix+Jigaloo work well?
I think you should have titled this "Any tips on how to not get nervous?" to make it a little easier to understand (I thought you were wondering why you do not get nervous, which is the opposite of the point of this thread).

Here's how I solve middle layer first:
Solve M slice (easy, put two opposite cross pieces in, and put the other 2 edges in. Not hard and pretty fast.)
Make cross on L and R face (hardist part of solve, some edge PLLs and OLLs help. Solves all edges. Not that hard though.)
Use Pochmann BLD...
I align after to cut out a rotation. Except E perms. I don't know, for E Perms I always align, rotate, and then do the alg. But I voted the second option, because E Perms are only 1/21 PLLs.
