Pyra, not clock imo, clock isnt algorithmic so is more skill based, sure if you get good pin order you can quickly get sub 20, but sub 10 is a lot harder, and sub 10 is what i would consider "good"
I wouldn’t know if clock was easy to get good at as I don’t have one. I just use an online clock simulator lol

2x2 is pretty quick to improve at; you can average sub-4 with ortega with good use of inspection and lookahead.
I wouldn't know about clock and pyra because I don't do either of them.
Really how fast you improve depends on the person as well, some people will find certain things harder than others.

Clock and Pyraminx. You have longer practice session with these events and it is easier to improve and get really fast.

2x2 is also easy event to get sub-4 in atleast.

Clock and pyra are by far the easiest to improve at, plus nobody practices them so you can make it to most finals even if you average 7-8 seconds (pyra) and 12 seconds (clock). I got easy Nebraska SR in clock first because nobody else cared and the previous one had stood for 11 years. Now I'm almost to the point where I can also break SRs in Pyra since I'm doing 256 solves a day and average 5.9 at this point, and I'm getting really close to sub-4.

After that would definitely be skewb and mega because all you need for skewb is sledge/hedge and then spamming solves and you can get sub-6. Mega is the same thing but with F2L and you just need to do a lot of solves to get good.

Big cubes are the same thing, just spam solves...

And BLD is actually not that hard though since it's next on my list. All you need to do is like 3 attempts a day and you can get sub-2:00 singles in less than a month, but nobody practices so you can podium with that. 4BLD, 5BLD, and MBLD are not actually that hard, they're just scary to get into because you're concerned that all your hard work will be for nothing.

After that is 3x3, 2x2, and squan since they are all at least somewhat alg-intensive and I hate learning algs. OH is kind of in there too since it's just 3x3 but with more time for lookahead.

FMC may be the hardest one to get good at, since the concepts are hard to wrap your head around. It's not that difficult to try though, and you can get results that are 40-50 moves with fewer than 10 attempts. DR is the way to go there though.
