one-looking is more important than learning anti-cll. I don't even plan on learning how to recognize anti-cll because you can just cancel into R2 F2 R2, or R2 B2 R2 right after you make the face, if you have a y-perm on bottom, and that turns it into a layer.

i'm not a massive fan of anti-cll tbh, but recognition isn't the main problem (its super easy), it's that it makes solves less efficient

Guess what? You’re looking at a progression thread!!! I know, none of them exist at all.

Ok, I wanted to make a progression thread because I actually want some people to know I have a 40.73 second 4x4 solve and a 1:01.99 mo3.

Basically, it’s every other progression thread you’ve ever seen personalised (as is every other one)
jeeez, that must have been a lucky 4x4 single. I am sub 1 but my best time is 47

Not lucky so much as easy. I don't have a recon because it was a few weeks ago, but I remember just having ridiculously easy lookahead in the cross and edge pairing.

Also, if anyone cares I'm globally sub-8 on pyraminx, haven't got a solve over 8 seconds in my 269 solve pyra session and my ao750 in my other pyra session is 7.92 (which includes some 15-20 second solves from a few months ago.)

and learnt some T ZBLL's, 32, 34 and 24

ik it’s an inefficient solution, I don’t use ZZ that much and I’m not trying for super efficient solutions, just too see where I’m at. It was a good time though.

in some of these situations (PLL, OLL) I would AUF or use Dw moves to avoid rotations, I wrote it as y/y’ for the sake of simplicity

I will update my progress on this post every so often

yes this scramble is utterly ridiculous and I got a PLL skip as well

Edit: well that isn’t the standard oll...

Finally got around to doing some slice moves, (Z Perm) and learnt a better Nb perm. Switched Na to inverse the one that starts with R F, and learnt another 2 V perm algs, the standard one and another RUD one. Getting similar times with all of them, but the one with the rotation is slightly slower.

Sub 22 on clock, now I can start practising BLD.

Sub 3 ao100 on 2x2, which is nice, but it contained multiple sub 1 solves (0.47, 0.78, 0.90, 0.97, 0.99, 0.99) and many sub 2 singles.

Going to a competition in 2-3 weeks as well, hoping it doesn’t get cancelled as we’re currently in a lockdown till Wednesday I believe.

So that’s all I got, other than that I’m Hypixel level 30 now :p

Edit: I set up my RS3M really well as well, springs 3 off the highest, quite tight and 4 drops of weight 3.

edit edit: I'm rouxing my decision to stay with cfop nah jk

My current 3x3 splits are:

Cross: 1.52
F2L: 7.86
OLL: 4.11 (awkward shape)
PLL: 2.33 (U Perm)

Normally they are (I assume)
Cross: 1-2
F2L: 6-9
OLL: 2-3
PLL: 2-3
