Hello everybody,

I have 2 problems (youtube account problems)

1. On speedsolving.com (this forum :p). I've set in my settings that my youtube account is Raviorez but when I click on it, youtube says that it isn't a correct name. Someone who knows what the problem is?
2. How can I set in my youtube settings that nobody can see when I subscribe on a channel?

thank in advance

Raviorez

It looks like you haven't chosen "Raviorez" as your YouTube name. It's still this url:

http://www.youtube.com/channel/UClBi-jXWmiVyqoxeobM3ylw

You should be able to change both of these things in your account settings.

I can't change my ID because I need 500 subscribers (and other specifications), so I tried to put in the channel ID (which is: UCN16_5kYKpIwHVkOeyPzxyQ). But it doesn't work either!

My channel URL is https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCN16_5kYKpIwHVkOeyPzxyQ and it was typed correctly so it should work. Why doesn't it work?

It needs to be the rest of the URL after "youtube.com/", so it should be "channel/UCN16_5kYKpIwHVkOeyPzxyQ". But, another problem is that there's a 20 character limit, so that won't work either.

Looks like you do need to change your YouTube username for the link to work. Are you sure you need 500 subscribers to change it? This page doesn't mention that at all: https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2657964
