YJ Guansu Not Turning

When I first got my YJ Guansui tried to loosen it and the entire thing broke apart so I put it back together and it doesn't turn when I try to turn 2 layers

This is most likely because you didn't assemble it correctly. The centers need to be aligned a certain way. There are videos out there that will help you with that.
