He means something that keeps track of the person instead of the record. Specifically, Feliks breaking his own records would count as the record not changing hands.

Incredible results in this competition, but I am particularly impressed by that 4x4 average which is lowering the previous WR by 1.13 seconds. Actually it is very fast even for Max's speed, as his unofficial PB is only 0.54 seconds faster. A record that could stand for a long time I believe (a long time meaning more than 6 months! )

Sebastian Weyer still has the UWRs and is extremely competitive in 4x4, but he might still have a lot of trouble getting the average WR back, as this time is not that far either from his home PB.
