Do a scramble algorithm, then solve it into a different orientation
there you go
there you go
Just curious, are there any algorithms for 4x4 that do nothing but turn the entire cube around, without and cube rotations? also, no,"l'r" does not count, and neither does "L' R 2L' 2R". I mean an algorirhm that methodically swaps everything around

Uw, Dw' ? what?Uw2 Fw Lw' Uw Dw' Fw Dw' Bw2
I'm not really sure what you mean... can you take a picture? On the last stage of the 4x4 (PLL) there is a parity that I get every time (except once) I get either a Ua or a Ub. Instead of the normal two blocks on three corners and one full side on the back there is only one piece on three sides and a full side on the back. Please help.

That is what i dosigh. look up 4x4 'reduction', use that method, and stop trying to solve it the way you are solving it. Your life will be easier in the long run.
If all of your edges are not in 'pairs', then you have not 'reduced' the cube to a 3x3 state prior to attempting to solve it like a 3x3What way do you think I solve it?
You need to pair the yellow/red edge with the yellow/red edge and the yellow/blue edge with the other yellow/blue edge. Here is the picture
