As the title says, kill the lookahead part, only execution matters here. Scramble your cube, inspect, Do cross, stop timer. Then look for 1-2 seconds(as u would in a normal solve) for the next pair, start time, and stop once 1st pair is done, do the same for 2nd,3rd,4th pair, oll , pll. Sum of your these times will roughly equal your execution time (i know regrips and rotations are included in execution, but it should be a good rough idea).
You can choose to not stop the timer after the cross if you feel you have already looked the 1st pair and starting stopping timer will waste your time.
The purpose of this thread is fun, some statistics, and morever to give a rough idea to you of how much you have to work on your lookahead

Do an average of 5, any random scrambles you want

    I start
    0.82, 0.93, 0.64, 1.09, 0.94, 1.49, 1.58= 7.49
    1.50,1.07,1.47,1.26,0.68,2.25,1.31=9.54
    1.02,0.97,2.31,1.21,1.18,2.01,1.67=10.37
    1.04,1.20,1.16,1.31,0.80,2.74,1.80=10.15
    1.13,0.96,1.65,1.01,0.64,1.43,2.43=9.25

    avg5=9.65

    Edit, my PB by this=6.30

Interesting. I know I could be much faster normally now.

    1.03, 1.48, 1.03, 1.12, 1.19, 1.07, 0.95, 0.77 = 8.64
    0.21, 0.44, 1.35, 0.58, 1.38, 0.52, 0.63, 0.68, 0.61, 0.69 = 7.09
    0.20, 0.94, 1.00, 0.44, 1.37, 1.38, 2.29, 2.27, 1.07, 0.39 = 11.35
    0.10, 0.28, 1.59, 0.87, 0.56, 1.24, 1.81, 0.95, 1.89 = 9.29
    0.35, 0.15, 1.37, 0.70, 0.75, 1.11, 1.99, 0.64, 1.16, 0.69 = 8.91

    Avgs5 for each.
    1.34+1.99+1.80+2.41= 7.54
Slightly faster. I hesitate a lot during SB transition... But my lookahead seems quite nice compared to some if i can say so myself.

I'm so bad at OLL/PLL haha... I've been working on trying to get my F2L faster, but looks like what I really need is some new last layer algorithms
