I’ve always seen people do the sexy move at lightning speed. Whenever I trie it it blows up in my face. Any help? Or does it come with practice and time?

It takes practice like all your algs so if you want to get faster at it start slower and the slowly build up speed.

Make sure that your turning is accurate-- try to do it with a cube that doesn't have a whole lot of corner cutting. I your turning is smooth, you'll be able to get it faster with practice; it's a lot harder to make your turning smooth when it's fast.
