Now he is almost a minute faster then Roman, and correct me if I'm wrong, but I think thats the largest gap from 1st place to second place in any time based event.

In time it is, but 5BLD is by far the longest event (not including MBLD because it's not ranked by time) so it's not a great way to measure it. Based on percentage, the WR2 for Skewb is further away from 1st place than this.
