I'm averaging 23 seconds with the roux method, any tips on how to get faster?

I started cubing about 4 months ago and switched to roux 2 months ago. I am sub 20 with unlimited inspection, but with 15 second WCA inspection, I average 23. I can solve with red on left and white on bottom, orange on left and white on bottom, red on left and yellow on the bottom, and orange on left and yellow on the bottom. Should I proceed to be color neutral with more colors? My first block is usually 10-11 moves. My inspection is really bad, so that should be one of the reasons why I'm so slow. Any tips on how to improve my solve time? And should I proceed to be color neutral? Thanks!
