Decreasing f2l solving time

My pb is 30 sec official and average is 39-40 sec it takes me a average of 30 seconds till second layer with f2l ..i know mostly all f2ls olls and plls...what to do??

Work on lookahead, especially during F2L. I don't know what more I can say without seeing a video of your solves.

You don't have to be rotatiobless with CFOP. Just try to keep to no more than 2 rotations in one solve.

Also don't double post.
