i've thought alot about trying to be method nutreal. i practise cfop quite a bit because it is what i do after reduction.

There was a time when I was method neutral too (ZZ and CFOP). I did a sub-14 avg100, it was my PB back then. But it was too time-consuming, so I stopped practising CFOP and I only went on with ZZ (I'm a bit better now, around sub-13).
This average is really nice, go on with method neutrality if you have enough time for it!
Have you tried FreeFOP (Block-building F2L + OLL + PLL)? I think it can suit you better than normal CFOP, considering your times with Petrus.

One thing I don't like about FreeFOP is the tendency of my solves to go 2x2x2>2x2x3>awkwardly finish F2L>F sexy F'>COLL>EPLL. It just seems like a senseless waste of moves. I'm sure if I knew full OLL, I wouldn't have this problem.

I find Roux is a bit harder to get used to, compared to any of those 3 methods (ZZ/Petrus/CFOP) when you know the 2 others.
It doesn't quite look like LBL.

Why not Heise as 5th method? It's not hard to be sub-30 and I think it's sub-20-able (on average).

Heise gives you too many options and requires too much thought. Columns first is far superior for speed purposes.
