With the M or M' move you basically move 4 pieces let say 1 2 3 4 in the order 2 3 4 1 because you can get from 1 2 3 4 with 2 pair swaps like swap 1 2 than 2 3 and than 3 4 , we used 3 pair swaps , that makes it an odd parity

It follow the same principles as numbers so a odd and odd parity is even and an odd and a even remains odd

(R' F D2 r U) M' (U' r' D2 F' R)

Put all LL edges in M layer such that they are all facing the same way around the x axis:
R' F D2 r U

Cycle them while fixing center parity:
M' (or M, but that's awkward, and M2 is just a H PLL)

Put the LL edges back:
U' r' D2 F' R

Does a CW ELL cycle and CW M layer center cycle, and can be done easily with no regrips.

If you only need to swap two edges, you can use any of the following

Swap UF and UR:
M U M' U2 F2 U M' U' F2 (U)
M U' F2 U2 M U' M' U' F2 (U)

Swap UF and UL:
M U' M' U2 F2 U' M' U F2 (U')
M U F2 U2 M U M' U F2 (U')

Swap UB and UR:
F2 U M U M' U2 F2 U M' (U')
F2 U M U' F2 U2 M U' M' (U')

Swap UB and UL:
F2 U' M U F2 U2 M U M' (U)
F2 U' M U' M' U2 F2 U' M'(U)

I personally like M U' M' U2 F2 U' M' U F2. For swapping two adjacent edges just use setup moves.

I find qq's alg the best. It's been 5 years, and I still haven't forgotten it. (Wait... *five*? Yikes.)

(M' U)2 (M' U')2 M' U2 (M' U')2

There's a thread about it here with early discussion when void cubes came out.

(Please consider searching a bit more carefully next time before asking a question, or use the One Answer Question thread.)
