Nice Ts :) How is the optimal algorithm to get this pattern?

Not optimal, but an easy way to remember how to get this quickly:

1) Hold red or orange top, green or blue front: M2 U2 M2 U2
2) Perform a four-spot (switch centers) on white/yellow and blue/green
3) Do N perms on the white/yellow faces (make sure the edges are aligned after)
4) With either white on top or bottom: R2 L2 B2 F2

Thank you for the instructions. I found the algorithm: http://rubiks3x3.com/algorithm/?moves=rl4050RL1414&sett=111110

More directly:

I ran CE, and there was a neat anti-slice alg:
(FB)(RL)(FB)(R'L')(F'B')(R'L') = Fa Ra Fa Ra' Fa' Ra'

Really easy to remember.
