Last layer recognition could be improved. Also pauses between pairs are noticeable.

Less AUFs during F2L (aka better pair recognition/lookahead -- I see a lot of U U' stuff), vary your fingertricks more, better LL recognition+execution, and you'll be good, I think.

Learn lefty double flick, it is way faster than U' U'
Unrelated but work on timer starts, you should not be holding the cube with both hands while starting on keyboard, it'll just make you suck on stackmat in comp
