I can't figure out how to read this table: Roux Corner Table

For instance B4 says (C3)' but C3 only says (B4)' so how do I know what the alg is?

Also what do the Sym(XX) things mean?

I have used his site. I can follow his algorithms. I would like to learn what is meant in the CMLL table.

I have this same question. Does anyone have a good place to look this up or a good explanation?

Sym means symmetry: it's symmetrical to a plane, probably to the YZ plane.

B4 says it's C3'
C3 says it's B4', but it also says Sym(B3)
B3 = R' F R F' U2 F' U2 F

So C3 = Sym(B3) = L F' L' F U2 F U2 F' (mirror of the previous alg across the YZ plane)

So B4 = C3' = F U2 F' U2 F' L F L' (inverse of the previous one)

Note that in some cases you have to do an U / U' / U2 move before applying the algorithm! The algorithms in the table does not contains AUF.

So actually:
B3 = (U) R' F R F' U2 F' U2 F
C3 = (U) L F' L' F U2 F U2 F'
B4 = (U') F U2 F' U2 F' L F L'
