after using the konsta mod my outer layers are really loose. how do i fix.

Shengshou 4x4 v4 I got my shengshou 4x4 in the mail yesterday, and its great and all but when im trying to fingertrick r and l moves (the inner layers) it locks up. Whats the problem and how do i fix it?
