What are the hardest barriers to break??

I average 11-13 seconds with CFOP, I have been stuck here for what feels like forever, someone help me plz. What should I practice/learn etc. What did you do to break sub 10?????????????????????????????
Start to learn look ahead if you haven't already, I remember when I was around you times, I learn't look ahead and then something clicked. Start slow, try not to look at the pair your solving. Don't worry you'll get there!!! :)

If you are using m2 edges, what do you do if UB or BU is flipped in the buffer, I dont know if im explaining it well, i memorise fine but it always screws me up. Can anyone help.
