How to Get Better at 3x3

I use a Gan SM, and I am using a metronome set to a tempo of 130 for my solves. I will try to do 30 solves each day using a metronome. How else can I get better?

How long does it take to develop good lookahead if you average 17 seconds and have horrible lookahead?

Depends on many solves you're doing each day and how you're practicing. If your lookahead is bad, try to move slower but smoother. Remove pauses. What's your typical breakdown for F2L/OLL/PLL? If you post a video of an average we can give more tips.
