I don't get how people calculate their TPS. Its kinda confusing. Any Help?
How do you reconstruct solves tho. (Sry if this is a messed up question)1. Reconstruct solve
2. Count the turns (from the reconstruction)
3. Look at the time.
4. tps = number of turns ÷ time (seconds)

Wouldn't you need to have a constant tips for it to work.1. Reconstruct solve

OMG DGcubes ReplyedYou would, but it's just an average tps for the entire solve. You could figure out your tps every fraction of a second, but who wants to do that?
This guy does though:
nodo cube rotations count as moves
not in most turn metrics, but the do in ETMdo cube rotations count as moves
One.do double moves (e.g. R2) count as one move or two?
One in HTM, STM and ETMdo double moves (e.g. R2) count as one move or two?
thanks so much!! this explains a lot... i guess i will be using obtmOne in HTM, STM and ETM
Two in QTM and QSTM
Have a look at the Wiki! https://www.speedsolving.com/wiki/index.php/Metric
