  • B2 F' U'
    B2 U2 B' U2 F2 R2 B' R2
    D2 U2 R' U D' F
    U2 R L B2 R' 22 moves

Over 1hr limit I found these:
    B2 F' U'
    F2 D2 U2 R' U D' F
    U2 L' F2 R2 U2 R' U2 F2 L2 B2 R' 21 moves

    Finally:
    B2 F' U'
    B2 R2 L' U D' B'
    F2 U2 R' U2 R2 B2 L' D2 R2 B2 R' 20 moves
    I found the same 8-move start :)

    1st attempt:
    B2 F' U' orient corners,
    seems promising the following continuation:
    B2 L D U' F' domino reduction,
    U2 L' U2 L2 F2 L' F2 U2 R L B2 L' permute corners, leaving 4 edges and 2 centres,

In the next attempts I try to find L-R centres swap efficiently:
    B2 F' U'
    F2 D2 U2 R' U D' F
    U2 L R2 B2 R2 D2 R' D2 B2 R2 B2 R' 22 moves
    Hi,
here is an interest scramble for CF method:

    Exeter Open 2016
    D R F' D' L2 B2 L' D F2 B U2 B' U2 L2 B U2 B2 D2 R2

    1 move to orient corners,
2 moves to orient corners on each faces,
I found more 22-move solution within 1hr, and then 21.
If you find something fo this, post here pls
    Good luck :)

Yes, very nice scramble! I did this in 30 minutes:

    F' B2 U' //Orient corners
    B2 L D U' F //Orient edges (very lucky for me)
    then switch to inverse scramble
    R' * F2 R2 //Separate corners
    D2 L B2 L2 D2 L D2 //All but 3 edges
    D2 F2 U2 L F2 D2 B2 R //Last 3 edges, 2 moves cancel
    But then I used * = U2 F' B L2 B' F to solve the last 3 edges and saved 1 move.
