Hello,
I average about 20 seconds on 3x3x (CFOP), and was wondering if there's anyone who would be willing to coach me.
Thank y'all in advance!
P.S. I don't wanna spend 20 bucks on one video review from jayden McNeill. :D

BrodyTheCuber from Youtube, who is very fast, does coaching sessions. I believe he has a sample video up of his coaching. If not, Cube Solve Hero posted a video about the coaching he got from Brody.

What are you looking for out of a coach? There are countless resources on getting faster from sub-20 and on, it's just a matter of reading them/watching them and applying them. I think coaching would be more useful for people who are trying to go from say 10 to 9, etc. where the basic practice techniques don't necessarily apply.

I am looking for more personalized suggestions e.g. I watched a video "how to improve beyond sub-20", and the person said that one needs to work on effective F2L, but that must not be the case. person A might have a slow cross, person B might use slow PLL algs, and only Person C has bad F2L. Yet all of them could average 20 seconds.

I'm hoping that if someone reviews my solves that I will see where I really need to improve, and of course there are enough resources to improve, when I know what I actually need to work on.

WRT to coaching, it's a lot easier (mentally) to ask for help from one specific person instead of posting your flaws for all to see :) Also, if you're working with someone who's done a fair amount of coaching (Jay or Brody or Faz), you're going to specific things tailored for you and, potentially, work plans, and training exercises with more depth of analysis than what you'd normally get from a forum post. I know in the case of Feliks, anyway, when he does solve analysis and coaching for people, he gives you a couple pages of detailed notes, tips, and instructions.

Sure, if you want, post a video in the link above or here and we can provide some constructive feedback for you. Many members here would be glad to help.

A video would be better, but in general, your F2L seems like the quickest room for improvement. Ensure you're not just solving it, but solving it in an efficient manner. Have you gone through some reconstructions of world class solvers? Look at how they solve various F2L cases and learn from them. With Giiker it's not ideal to know exactly how you solved as it shows B moves during F2L which you probably didn't actually do. Your move count of 79/80 is high and can definitely be improved. OLL and PLL improvements come with drilling execution and finding good algs. F2L comes with learning better ways to solve and then just practicing them over and over.

I kinda trained my best friend when he was sub-30 on 3x3. He averages sub-9 now.
However, the way I train cubers is different and informal. You have to be willing to have a hell of a lot of cubing experience and be super passionate about being a professional speedcuber.
