I'm not surprised he broke it again. Sub 6 is getting so fast.

Should've done the lefty OLL on the 2nd solve and get a U perm instead of N perm, would've been a little faster?Feliks Zemdegs - 5.97 3x3 WR av5 - Latin America Cubing Tour - Chía 2017

But what do i know i avg 11 lul
"Awwwww-maybe it's not! Aw, no-I think it is..."
It seems that with this record he has reached Max's TPS. So now it is only Zemdegs' slightly more efficient solutions that gives him the advantage.
By looking at recent reconstructions by both of them, it seems that those hundreds of algorithms result in roughly 2-3 less turns per solve, about a 3-5% less. And if you compare their recent average of averages, Zemdegs is around a 3% faster at the moment. I think their TPS are quite equal right now.Feliks has an advantage of knowing several hundreds more algs and also being overally faster. You can't really compare their TPS basing on only 5 solves
Re-checked this after your post and there was a miss-count. It's *only* 17.50 TPS on the Tperm.18.75 peak TPS, on a T perm. How is that even humanly possible?!
I think it is wrong though, if you look at the first solve, you will see it was 17.5 TPS (still crazy). The "Best from each field" is calculating the TPS with the time of one permutation and the moves of another one, which doesn't make much sense.18.75 peak TPS, on a T perm. How is that even humanly possible?!
OK - still incredibly fast though!Re-checked this after your post and there was a miss-count. It's *only* 17.50 TPS on the Tperm.
