    If you're going to post from a phone, please either make sure autocorrect doesn't mangle your words or disable autocorrect altogether.

    Thunderclap v1 is allegedly pretty good. (I've tried it, but preferred the Valk over that, so that's what I bought instead. However, the Valk is also around twice as expensive, and it doesn't make sense to sink a lot of money into a hobby you just got into.)

    Yeah, the Thunderclap V1 is pretty good, from what I've heard, although it is a bit outdated. For a beginner cuber though, any cube will work fine. I know some fast people used to use it as their main back in ~2015 (Chris Olson comes to mind), so you definitely can be fast with it. :)
