[Unofficial] Rubik's Cube - 23.08 Single

Scramble (cube explorer, not sure if correct, but should be): B2 U2 R2 D2 U F2 U L2 U' L' U2 R2 D B L D2 F2 D F' R2

Tried reconstructing, but since I can't slow down videos, I just couldn't do it.

Scramble: B2 U2 R2 D2 U F2 U L2 U' L' U2 R2 D B L D2 F2 D F' R2

x2 y' //Inspection
R2 x z U' R B R' U2 z' U' R B R' U2 x' //Cross
U' R U' R' U' R U R' U2 R U' R' //Pair 1
U2' d' R U' R' U R U R' //Pair 2
U y U2 y' R' U' R U' R' U R //Pair 3
y' U' L' U L //Pair 4
U' f R U R' U' y l' //OLL 1st look
U L U L' U L U2 L' //OLL 2nd look
U2 M2 U M U2 M' U M2 //PLL

Reconstructing is more fun than I thought :D

You waste a lot of unnecessary moves and rotations in your F2L. In your cross you could have done the rotation x z in your inspection and done D2 instead of doing R2 then rotating. For your cross you could've of done D F R D' L F R which is not only much shorter but doesn't have any rotations at all and leaves you with a free pair.

For your F2L you also wasted moves and rotations. In that second pair you could've just done a d instead of U2 d' and inserted it with your left hand and for your third pair those two rotations were unnecessary. Your F2L was 45 or so moves. It should've been much shorter.

So in short i'd recommend that you work on your crosses and slow turn to cancel out pointless moves or rotations like y y' and so on.

Thanks a lot, I'll work on that.

sub 10 if you practise enough.... all there is to speed solving is move count and tps. So just try to bring down your f2l move count and you should hit sub 20 in no time.

Thanks a lot. Is there any specific training method to lower the F2L move count, other than doing slow solves, tracking pieces and inserting pairs from multiple angles (I already do all those)

Well i actually don't use CFOP as my main method but i would recommend just doing casual solving and finding new ways to pair up the pieces and insert oh and also look at reconstructions.
